The staff at the Blue Dog Kitchen decided to create their own sandwich to satisfy their need for spicy. We are calling it the Happy Pepper sandwich. It features turkey, pepperjack cheese, jalapenos, pepperoncinis, bell peppers, green leaf lettuce, our special Cajun aioli sauce all on a thick focaccia bread.
